I want to say welcome to The Raw Challenge.  This site is dedicated to helping you learn how to lose weight, get healthy, and perform at your absolute best.  This site is still under construction, but for the time being please take a look at the "Health Benefits of..." - this section of our site will start introducing you to the wonders of fruits and vegetables.

In a few days I hope to start posting the results of my most recent 14 day raw food challenge where I followed a 100% raw food diet for 14 days and documented the results in a video every night.
